Kevin McClarren, of Choptank Oyster Company, is interviewed by Maryland Public Television’s “Maryland Farm & Harvest” for an episode, which featured Eastern Shore farms in Caroline, Dorchester, Kent, Queen Anne’s and Somerset counties. The episode will air at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 3. It will be rebroadcast at 11:30 p.m. on Thursday and at 6 a.m. on Sunday.
